Accessibility statement
Last reviewed 25 October 2026.
AwardMatch is for people who use Access to Work, so it has to work for everyone. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the site, the app and the PDFs it makes.
What we do
- Everything works with a keyboard alone, and focus is always clearly visible.
- Every form field has a label, and errors are announced to screen readers.
- Text and controls meet AA colour contrast. Nothing relies on colour alone: every status has words too.
- Signing off a session never needs drawing: you can type a name instead.
- No time limits, no flashing, and animation is switched off if your device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages work zoomed to 400% and on small screens without scrolling sideways.
- Plain English throughout, with no jargon we don’t explain.
- Automated accessibility checks (axe-core) run against every page and the main app screens on every change, and a failure stops the release.
Known limits
- Invoice PDFs are text-based and searchable, but they aren’t yet fully tagged for screen readers. The same information is on screen in the app, where it’s fully accessible.
- The how-to video has burned-in captions and a full transcript. It doesn’t have British Sign Language. We won’t claim BSL unless a qualified signer is involved.
Tell us about a problem
If something doesn’t work for you, email admin@onibaku.co.uk. Tell us what you were trying to do and what you use (screen reader, magnifier, switch, voice control). We aim to reply within five working days.
