  1. AwardMatch helps you make Access to Work claims that match your award. Everything stays on your device.
  2. Start by adding your award. Copy the hours, rate and dates from your decision letter.
  3. Add the support worker’s invoice details: full name, UTR, address, phone and email.
  4. After each session, add it: the date, the times and what the support was.
  5. Then sign it off. Draw a signature with a finger, or type a name instead.
  6. Each week’s hours show against the award, so you can see when you’re close to the limit.
  7. At the end of the month, open the Invoice tab. AwardMatch checks the month against your award.
  8. Here, one week is over the 15 hours on the award. Fix the session, and the check clears.
  9. Download the invoice PDF. It lists every session, with a record of each sign-off.
  10. Then track the claim: mark it submitted, then paid. You’ll see how long payment took.
  11. Key dates shows when each month must be claimed by, and when you can renew. Add them to your calendar.
  12. To share with your support worker, export an encrypted copy with a passphrase.
  13. AwardMatch is independent and not affiliated with DWP or Access to Work. Try it free at awardmatch.onibaku.co.uk.

The video uses a made-up award and people. It doesn’t include British Sign Language. If you’d find a BSL version useful, email admin@onibaku.co.uk.

Try it with the sample. Open AwardMatch with a made-up award already filled in, and click around.
